One of my slogans is that I can make everything out of Titanium. This one sure takes less time if casted in gold or silver from a wax model. Since there is no good result in casting Titanium, other skills are needed to produce a Titanium model.
This one I used burs first, then a flat graver and finally I hammered the satin texture using the Enset.

For polishing Ti there is only one that does the job real nice. I have tried all polishing block, and this one from A*F Swiss works great. It is meant for Pt

Here is the a catalogue that shows it http://www.afswitzerland.com/pn/Products/Catalogue%20outils%20bijoutiers.pdf
It is this one as on the photo
It looks similar to billiard chalk, never tried that one but perhaps it could work too. :)

Another good way to polish TI is using fine diamond compound and leather.

I answered this question many times already, so perhaps Sam can make this a "sticky".
Here I answer the same question. http://www.engraverscafe.com/showthr...wiss+polishing
