 I currently do not have the equipment to do metal inlays but would like to add gold to my cuts on a Taurus 38. special. On other sites I have heard some people just tape off the areas and fill the with paint. My question is what kind of paint would I need to do this well and does anyone know any other methods to add the coloring? :tiphat: Thanks you

That looks like it would work well for this project. I would also like to add the question "how would I add black?" to this thread because I'd like to do gold scrollwork/ graphics and fill in the lettering black.

Rustoleum flat black paint works in some cases. There are blackening chemicals for silver, brass, etc. depending on what and where you need a black.
