Blaser sends their guns out to numerous engravers in Germany and Austria. I can't tell who did the gun pictured on Holt's site but the engravers who have worked on Blasers are like a who's who of Germanic engraving including Martin Strolz and Gergor Stogner.

Gold inlay with case color...

I like that combination of case color with the gold inlay. I didn't know that the gold could withstand those high temperatures and stay in place. Interesting!

Many guns have been color case hardened with gold inlay. Sometimes people think that because pure gold is soft that it melts at a low temp. like lead. Gold melts at 1064.43 °C, 1947.9741 °F.
