Critique Request some more bright cut on a bracelet

IMHO your using the liner far to heavily. Your leaves do not need to be filled with the liner. See if you can find the flask pictures on here of "Silverchip's" work. Also look at the way he finishes his scrolls. This alone will make a big difference. Glad to see your post on here.

Cody, as Jane has noted you are a little heavy with the liner, I wanted to fill everything too. If you start with it rocked up so you are only cutting one or two lines to start then slowly roll it flatter to pick up more lines. Also keep a distance from the scroll spine of about 1 to 1.5 mm the length of you liner cuts to give a nice shiney highlight or clear border to define the leaf and edge of the scroll.
