For those pickers and singers that gather at Reno I have arranged a room to gather on Sunday evening.
From 5:00 till ? the Bonanza A room will be set up for a gathering which is right after the show closes. If I remember right this is on the same floor as the showroom. There will be 50 chairs arranged in a circle from what I was told.
Also, as a thought, you may want to gather Saturday evening in the lobby of the showroom and you will have a little time before the banquet as well. Perhaps add a little live entertainment as people are entering the ballroom.
