Arm, I only use C-Max gravers, most of the time a 110° face 55 and heel 20

The normal way that boot tips are made is a flang around the bottom edge turned out to allow the tip to be nailed to boot welp (the edge where the boot is stitched). This allows the tip to be used on another boot when the boot is worn out. Fred
