I like the way it manages to look both simple and complex at the same time.

I think it's because it's 'only' :rolleyes: scrolls that it gives an overall feeling of simplicity while the detailed nature of the actual design gives it a rich complexity.

It's somewhat like a fractal pattern in that - or an actual plant.

Jeff - You have come so far so fast. I like your work very much. This piece has a very flowing, organic feel to me that makes me want to hold it. I usually do not like interupted borders, but the way you have done it here is beautiful.
