The timing and instruction could not have been any more inspired for me. I'd been studying with Ron Nott almost daily for the better part of a year. I came home from Ray's class to find Ron on his way to his Maker. Ron was very excited about me studying under Ray Cover, Jr. I know why now.
Don't let Ray's skimpy syllabus fool you. There are great things in Festus, MO!!!

- Annealing different metals for inlay (special request)
- Lettering (special request)
- Transfer methodology (special request)
- Fixture uses, suppliers and self-construction (special request)
- Unusual tools for all of the above and how to 'find or make' them
- Access to years' worth of engraving, art, design and gun books (some rare!)
- A handbook with suppliers of all kinds of tools, metals, etc.
- The patience of a Grandparent with a slow learner (me!)
