The graver config is not much different than a graver tapered with a Lindsay template. Grind the bottom "V" flat and then turn it upside down just as it looks in the diagram. It doesn't matter how it is done, just as long as it is offset and tapers to a very small flat point. I don't have any specific dimensions .. wish I did .. the first time I did this I just used an old graver and ground the bottom of the "V" off as mentioned above. Ron P. showed me that actually.

Jerrywh asked the question about inlaying small wire around .005 thick. The smallest wire I inlay is .010, but I would do the smaller wire the same as I do it. For a undercut tool I get a K1 knife from GRS and just put a small heal on it. I like to remove metal for the undercuts because I don't like having the raised edges when using a chisel. I hope this helps.
