This is not a forum to air out a private grievance. It's not fair for anyone. GRS is a first class company. Also it hasn't been that long. I agree with Andrew. I think this topic should be deleted.

I wonder how this topic would be discussed if we were talking about Bell or Sprint or Chevron or Stuller Settings? I think if we were talking about FedEx or Ups there would be less people "possibly taking it the wrong way". I personally order the stuff and forget about it, otherwise it will just drive you nuts.

Brian I would suggest contact DJ Glaser explain to him your dissatisfaction and your problem. I think that would be more productive. By posting on this forum isn't going to accomplish anything for you. My experience with GRS is that they are a very professionally run company. I'm sure they would welcome information about your problem.
