Below are the emails about my dad:

Dear friends & family,

Dad is going to be moved into a private room sometime today.
This morning, he told the nurse and I that he is ready to take the ventilator off. I told him I didn't think he would live without it & he said he knew.
As per his wish, once we get to the private room they will begin that process.
What happens next will be in the hands of our Lord.

First, I would like to thank all of you for the words of encouragement, cards, thoughts and prayers; they all mean so much.

As you are aware from the email earlier today, dad was ready to go home so, after 34 days in the ICU, this evening at 10:35pm Dad entered the kingdom of heaven...

I will miss him greatly as I know you will,
