Looks like the font in "The Jewelry Engravers Manual" from many, many years ago, one of the first books I bought when starting out.

Yes, it may well be.......... I certainly didn't come up with it as I avoid inside ring engraving like the plague. It was sent to me many years ago by another cafe member so I'm just passing it on
