trasfer tape

I got tranfer wax from Sam Alfonso I tryed may tapes best i found is only $ 1.99 from wallmart from 3M called package & storage tape it works so well i use it all the time,Don't buy the super tape looks the same but wiil not work at all

I have also found that only the 3M tape works well. I had a large supply of off brand tape and it gave me fits.

I was having fits trying to use scotch tape (packaging), thanks guys for the info. I'll go out and get some 3M tape.

Scotch tape IS 3M, it's made by 3M but they make different formulas for different purposes.

I use the Scotch "Magic Tape" with the green colored tartan on the packaging. The tape they make designed for wrapping gifts doesn't work as well and the adhesive comes off gummy.

I found this in a 1 inch wide roll and bought a bunch of it. Google it ot buy the 3/4 inch version at any store.
