I just received my casting. That is some fantastic work Weldon. Any body interested in purchasing one should jump on the chance. The casting is of pretty good quality. A few tiny air bubbles but they are not distracting at all. To tell you the truth i haven't seen any castings without a few. The bronze finish gives it a very real appearance. Thanks for giving us a chance to view your work up close Weldon. Its pretty amazing. Doug

In the interest of full disclosure, there's not of Weldon's work that I don't like.
Having said that I just received my cast buckle a few days ago.

I like the bronze resin very much; to my eye it's more readable.
As for the cast itself, it's a great idea. It takes me some time to take it all in.
The point for me is to have the leisure to look it over and then to have it to look it over as many times as necessary.
I don't have a lot of casts but I prefer the colored resin over the white.

Thanks Kevin,

I'll be experimenting with some other looks as well. I think that when the castings are a realistic color it is easier to get the idea. The white castings are good & I have done some of them too so if anyone wants a white one, i could do that too.

Thanks again & gald you like it,

Weldon
