Signet Ring Engraving

I don't do too many of these but here's one:
This is an 18K ring done for a client that retired from the armed forces (you figure out which branch). The thematic elements were taken from a commemorative coin these guys are given & the client picked out his favorites and we put them on the ring. Though it looks pretty large in the photos (and for a ring, I guess it is) it is actually about 5/8x3/4 and was thick enough to do some sculpting on.

Very nice work. I always enjoy your photos. Sometimes I don't post, but this ring is stunning, beautiful workmanship.

David; the client liked it and we have a set of cuff links on the drawing board for the next project. After that we'll do a tie tack. All with the same theme. Should be fun!
