Thank's Sam, it is strange the the duo of society.... an old craftsman allways enjoys sharing his trade with an eager next generation, simultaniously throughout history the same information has been carefully guarded.

If there ever was a perion spring.... Shurely this is it. I express my gratitude to all of our industy leaders who choose to put it on the line and share with the world, wisdom and experience which has in the past, largely been obtained from the great and terrible school of hard knocks.

The world I think is at present in a golden state, we are poised to usher in an era when Artisans of all trades, increase dramatically in both number and skill. Thank you for having me at your forum. Jim D. Burns

Hello Jim, and welcome to the forum. There are many good engravers who are members here, and most are ready and willing to help and share information. As Ray said, it's a great time to be an engraver.

Please visit often, and I welcome your participation in the Cafe.

Cheers / ~Sam
