Since they don't send a hard copy to International Members make sure you also go out to the FEGA site and download the "How To Book and Tutorials". There's a ton of great stuff in the Fega How To Book.

Better late than never in joining FEGA. Can't wait to start recieving my copy of "Engraver" magazine. It has been my experience to gather as much "intelligence" as possible about your chosen endeavor and one of the best ways is to subscribe to that industry's best periodical. Subscribing to an organization that comes so highly and universally recommended is just good sense.

Congratulations Spank. A good decision!!

Yes, FEGA is a top of the line organization with some very dedicated and hard working members trying their best to make the wider engraving community a better place.

Welcome to FEGA :)

Cheers

Sam,
I can't help but proofread, so knowing FEGA "...will provide you with and endless supply..." probably should be ...AN endless supply.

I'm a rank beginner getting ready to jump in and take a class. Just before the Reno show I joined FEGA but haven't heard anything from them or received anything like a membership card or magazine. I didn't really think about it until I logged on here. Maybe they are just slow and I have something else to look forward to.

Wow! I posted a couple days ago that I hadn't heard anything from FEGA since I joined back in December and, after loging in here, realized that I should have. Right after that I contacted FEGA to nudge them and, yup, I fell between the cracks joining just after the last magazine was sent out and before the Reno show. Guess they had a few things on their mind. Amazingly, my membership card, magazines (last one and the new one) and patch arrived in today's mail. Now that's quick action!
