Hey Brian,
Saw your wonderful work on the Maxon 25/50 rifle on the cover of "Precision Shooting".
Well done, any chance we can see this piece in Reno?

Believe it or not, but I didn't know anything about it until last night.
That sure is a nice surprise.
I think John Maxson will have the gun at his table in Reno.
That gun also was featured in the latest issue of "Gunmaker" magazine....another nice surprise.

I've got a disc with pictures on it...I'll try to get them up here after I come back from Ohio Gun Collectors Show.
Thanks for noticing.

It had had a very nice write up in "Gunmaker" and is a beautiful gun. I'm sure John will have it at the show as well. You'll find me hovering over it and drooling at some point.

Great job Brian!!

Thanks Brian, Sandy,Dave,Fred and Ron.
I met up with the owner (John Maxson) and he agreed to let me display it on my table in Reno.

Fred...you must be thinking about a KUDU.....Either way you spell it, I think it's a funny name for an animal.

Ron...it does help and I loved your article in the Gunmaker on the '73 project....I didn't realize that project caused some hair loss, but after my Colt project, I can understand the intensity of the mindset.

I lost sleep, patience, hair, and some of my sanity (Ok...you can insert your own joke here)

Congratulation Brian!!

Fantastic to have your work displayed on the cover of the magazine.

We don't get that magazine in NZ so is there any chance of bringing a copy to Reno.......I'd love to see it.

Cheers
Andrew
