For the last few years I got more commissions to do engraving in high relief, rather than another techniques.

You know I am a big fan of your work and this piece is one of your best. Can you tell who the gunmaker is? Also would you consider the style of decoration to be baroque?

The style is rather Late Renaissance, my favored. Time spent is two and half month, including design, it is seven days a week 10-12 hours a day.
Sorry, I can't disclose a maker's name or customer, the gun is in the process of fitting. If some one knows the maker , please do not go public!

Paul, I find myself drawn to these pictures again. Absolutely fabulous work in both design and execution. I can't say it enough. Rich, in depth and modeling, foliage and beasts. Just marvelous.
