Several weeks ago I approached Rex with the concept of an informal round table discussion following the formal seminars on Monday, following FEGA convention. At that time we were unaware of the impending GRS course being taught by Sam, our "benevolent dictator", on the same subject. I did not want to cause any ill-will, so I've waited until Sam's course was filled to bring this up.
Is anyone interested in a very informal discussion about the iPad Pro/ProCreate uses? I would love to give my thoughts on the more "painterly" use of the program. We could go over any specific questions or problems anyone is having. I will leave the more specific engraving designs, transfers and other engraving related topics to Sam, who is FAR more attuned to this aspect of Procreate.
I just want to share some of my enthusiasm for Procreate and the fun of drawing and painting with this remarkable program.
If anyone is interested, let me know and don't forget to bring your iPad Pro, Apple pencil and Procreate app to Vegas. Even if you don't have the iPad yet, but were considering getting one, come and see what it can do.
Again, don't take this as any competition to Sam's course. As this will be, at most, an hour or two, which cannot compare to the fantastic in-depth program Sam will have at GRS.
