You might want to try T. B. Hagstoz in Philadelphia. They have a website but I would ordering by phone.

I've used quite a bit of it over the years for buckle tongues. I get it from McMaster-Carr like Gary said above. It comes in a one pound spool. If I remember right this is 40 something feet. After I get it I unroll it and stretch the hell out of it with a come along, which really work hardens it. Then I cut it into 3 ft. pieces.

You can buy nickel welding rods .125 at almost any parts store like NAPA.
