Gold background is all the rage it seems. Here one I did a few weeks backs. The gold background is a color I mixed to tone down the yellow to better match to the mammoth ivory, though it is yellower in real life than it shows here.

Thanks for taking a look

Mitch Cohen is my knife photographer, and as you can see he does exceptional work.
I wish I could have him do my gunwork as well, but with the risk of shipping firearms and all the rules, ATF, FFL's insurance, etc. you just can't justify sending a gun out for photos.
I wish we could get us a quality photographer like Mitch at the Fega show. It would sure be a nice bonus to have some one right there at the show to take some good photos so when writers and engraving promoters like Tom Turpin or Roger Bleile ask for photos we have something of quality to present to them. Just a thought.

The Sub-Hilt Fighter is one of the most beautiful knives when done well. It's difficult to improve on but it seems that you have done just that!
