Rex, the real secret is a special milk and cream of mushroom gravy over potatoes and don't downgrade the importance of a really good milkshake.

All kidding aside, I am just blown away with every new piece you do. And what I love is each one seems to be a totally different style. That is so impressive! All from that quiet guy from potato country.

...and the spudzooka sniper is so good he shoots the spud down the barrels of the bad guys tanks and you can guess what happens when the tank shoots a shell in a plugged barrel.............mashed potatoes!!!!

You pulled it off beautifully. Great job Lee. The pieces you've been doing these last years each tell a story and I can't think of any greater achievement in gun engraving than that.

Lee this engraving is the next best way to being there and much safer! Definitely captured the somber mood of this critical dangerous moment in time!

Perfect-a-mundo- the water no splash, no sound, no wave no ripple-you might make it across. Rubber boats don't stop bullets, not in 17 or 42 or 71, or 17. You always amaze. fred

I'm at the set-it-aside and ponder stage with the coon hunting scene and starting on the portrait.
