A design I started for a ring awhile back. Just got around to finishing it.

sam: when you create such a design based on symmetry- do you usually do a half design first ? and then mirror it and blend the two ? i would think this quite difficult to do without some sort of mirroring.

Absolutely! Mirroring is the way to go, whether it's on a computer or engraving half and then doing a mirror transfer.

i've found that the mirror way is much less time consuming to achieve the desired end design.
