Critique Request This mornings warm-up

This mornings warm-up. 1 hour from pencil to stop.
Making progress with controlling the 120° graver. Liking development of the leaf shapes. The spine has a little elbow at 9 o'clock but that will come with better control. The little bit of shading I got to needs more taper but the lines are much finer now and the convergence is much more convincing .

Any constructive criticism would be appreciated.

you show a rather good consistent control there. remember, if you create a bad spot, you can always cut over it and perhaps (not always) repair what you don't like. you could also have done a couple more bevel cuts. practice always leads to improvemrnt. the design is rather nice.

The thing that jumps out at me is your bevel cuts you got one on the lower left leaf that looks good The igraver tutorial covers bevel cuts and how much depth that simple cut can make.
