so cool. why didn't i think of that ? a real neat touch to a design.
I've seen a lot of beginner attempts to make an S-shaped scroll, and most end in disaster. I think it's natural to want to draw the S shape when designing scrolls, so hopefully this will help.
when i did the s configuration, i always left the middle un-joined, and then dealt with the join area at the very last.your idea is cool from the very start.
