Hi,
I am trying to figure out that darn heel on a 105. I don't get it.
I have a 50 angle face and 15 on the tool post but I can't figure out the side to side angle.
The best

Thanks pal, I already got that one. It was the angle I was locking for and how to calculate it.
I figured it out though.
180-105=75/2=37.5

To find your side angles, subtract the degree you are looking for from 180. Then divide that result by 2. This gives you the side angles.

Example. 180 - 90 = 90 90 / 2 = 45

In your case 180 - 105 = 75 75 / 2 = 37.5

Much easier to learn the formula in the first place than wasting a bunch of time collecting downloaded manuals and storing them, only to have to do the same thing the next time you need to figure it out.

the dual angler makes it quite easy to get any geometry you want. the afforementioned formula may be simple, but it works !
