Fun to watch him. In my opinion, the wriggling or rocking action gives a bit more control, but at the expense of a clean, brightly incised line.

I like that he trusts himself enough to push towards the hand holding the work. I would have liked to see him do something in steel just to see what kind of cut he's taking at one pass. It must have taken forever to do those side plates.
