Here is the rest of the story. Retired Smith and Wesson engraver, Paul Piquette was commissioned to engrave another silver plaque in the style of Paul Revere for inclusion in the time capsule with the original.

The image below shows Paul with the Grand Master of Massachusetts Masons Harvey J. Waugh next to the cornerstone which has the historic time capsule placed in it. The hand engraved plate originally engraved by Paul Revere in 1795 and the present plate also hand engraved by Paul, share the same place in history along with other items from 1795, 1855 and 2015.
