After seeing all the new designs on the iPad I have a couple questions. How easy is it to get the outline, smoke pull etc. into the program? And how easy is it to get the finished design on to the work surface? Can you draw it large and easily scale or mirror it? Does procreate have any text or geometric shape capability?
Thanks Ken

Hi Ken

Easy Peasy.......you need an ICloud/Dropbox or some other cloud storage to save files to so ProCreate can access them.

Simply do whatever you are doing now. Save as a JPG and import the outline into Procreate.

Getting it back to the work surface is also easy............With scaling for transfer, as far as I'm aware, you have to take the drawing back to Photoshop/Illustrator/etc.

Yes, you can draw large as well as zoom in and out. Mirroring is also a breeze.

No text, geometric shapes etc etc

Cheers

So you need to scan the item on a scanner, then to Dropbox or cloud? So you need to use a desktop as well?

Correct, or a laptop. I'm not aware of a way to scale to the correct size and print without doing it from a computer.
