Default L. W. Gery Ball Vise "The Rex" (circa late 1800's, early 1900's)

So, I found a vintage ball vise, and it looks like it will clean up to a pretty good working vise. It was made in Cincinnati, and designed by L.W. Gery of New Orleans. I got it for under $100. It weighs just under 20 lbs. Anyone use one? This one is going to be what I work with for starting out.

I have a rex, good vise. A little beat up when I got it.
Made new top jaws and it works fine.
