Cuff w/ an elk ivory from my first bull was my wife's Christmas present. I finished it a half hour before we had to leave for Christmas Eve church, cutting it close!

Once finished a silver mounted parade serape - hand sewing the wool liner on whilst seated on a commercial flight to San Diego.

The customer met me at the airport, paid me - including the roundtrip flight ticket - and was horseback in 15 minutes!

You'd get arrested for having an awl & harness needles on a plane these days... next time will have to be on a private jet?

Closest one I ever did...
