Does anybody have an idea for a one off mold to make the buckle crown and belt tip short of having a machine shop fabricate a set out of steel?

Thanks in advance,
Bob

Haraga posted a thread about making a domed ranger buckle punch.

Sheltech can make a simple punch for cutting blanks of almost any shape, probably can also do one for cutting top and bootom of tips...have to hand make the keeper, I would think.http://www.sheltech.net/products.html

For flat ones, they aren't too hard to saw, and there are companies that sell them already stamped in steel.

If you have the buckle and tip made already, you should be able to make a rubber mold with RTV rubber. You can inject the molds with wax and cast as many as you want to by lost wax casting.
