Sticky posts in the tips archive?

Cant find it..hmm arent sticky's the first thing you should see in the tips archive?

Could you please let me know more detail about the problem,

When I open tip archive and see the topics I can see all sticky topics at the top of the other topics.

Im using the tapa talk app, could not see the stickys, had not noticed there were was a small selection tap on top, I see them in some, but not in all, i was looking for the one i wrote for beginners.

I'll keep looking.
