Hi John...Very nice work...I can see a lot of cutting in making the overlays. Do you hand saw these or have you found a mechanical way such as a band saw or scroll saw?....I know this may be a trade secret but there has been a lot of discussion on the Forum here with some results on using power equipment to do that cutting for you...Maybe you care to share?

No, if there is a better way i dont know of it. I use a hand me down jeweler saw and 5/0 blades from rio grande. do all my stuff with a #7 visor, and lots of time, mostly that.

I'd like to make that one, but my wife and I just had our first child (May 10, still wet behind the ears) so no long trips for us for a little while. Looks like a good show though.
