This is the inside of a light saber pommel. It started out as a test cut and got out of hand. The surface is not very smooth but the 7075 aluminum cuts very well. I'm sorry for the quality of the photos. We are using my son's phone and I need to build a light box. The design isn't that great as I wasn't really planning ahead. Thank you Sam for providing this great forum to see other people's work and to learn from them. Critiques are always welcome. I am always looking to improve my work.
