Question: Phillip Hall or Phillip Hall works???

Has anyone on this site ever heard of Phillip Hall, Phillip Hall works, and/or a Carol Davies??? Apparently he is an engraver that lives at or near Crosby, Tx. and I was told that a Carol Davies is his secretary?/ Any guidance, address, etc. would be much appreciated!!

As FEGA Historian, I can only tell you that I have never heard of a gun engraver named Phillip Hall. If Hall is some other type of engraver, I wouldn't know.
