I thought I'd put a Setter on a sideplocck clip. The dog is just lightly relieved with some heavy handed banknote cuts.

I've been thinking about trying to do something on a belt buckle but I'm having trouble finding a supplier who has German silver (blank) buckles. Does anyone have a good source for them?

many moons ago, perhaps 20 or more years ago, i scored a batch from a "blackpowder" supplier. give such a try on google. some of the suppliers sell brass, pewter, german silver and such. supplied to gunmakers for patchboxes & such. the stuff i got was for belt buckles. i have a healthy supply of brass and copper. if you want some john, just email me. btw i think the pooch looks good on that piece.
