the aa winters booklet arrived here today. called ,"a practical course in jewelry engraving". very neat and informative, i must say. gives a real show for those wanting to do monograms. also a very good explanation, with diagrams, on sharpening.
thanx, jj. 24 bucks well spent !

I am eagerly awaiting my copy. I saw a plate from the section on sharpening that someone put online several months back and that plate alone was very informative.

I got mine yesterday. I think it well worth the investment. Lots of good information on monogram design and a limited number of basic alphabets. Includes a quick outline for a one month introduction to script engraving, what to practice daily and how much time to spend on different aspects. Lots to ponder here. Thanks J.J.
