I hear ya bill....it's a new flower for me so I am going with it.
You never know once I shade it you might loose your carving for ice cream.
The center will house a daffodil.

Don't think you can cure my craving for ice cream! My wife is an ice cream addict and has some every night. Throw the daffodil in there and we'll see, but I believe it will compliment the design. I really like the design and have been dissecting it for some mechanics of flow, so keep it up. Still, the swirls don't fit!!!

Shawn, I sometimes hate to offer an opinion on your scrolls as I study them in detail to learn your technique and execution of the design. I'm impressed and look forward to those you post. But, I have a big mouth and will occasionally pipe in with something when deemed necessary.
