Dear Jonathan,
Randi Harper in Snohomish has an art school called The Ranch Center for Arts and Craft. I know Ray Cover has taught classes there. Randi is very imbedded in the art community in the Pacific Northwest so she may be able to give you some names. In Seattle is another art studio called Danica Design that is run by Dana Cassara. She might be able to steer you in the right direction. There is also the metal guild in Seattle that you could contact. They could possibly help as well. Good luck.

There is a lady engraver at a family gun store up near Deception pass as I recall that does a lot of bulino type stuff. At least there was when I lived there but I can't recall the name of the place.

Haysam Gamil is at the Seattle Engraving Center. Very good engraver and fantastic stone setter.
