ref Ron's comment it's true some people cant wear metalic items our son is the same even to the point that he cant wear a metal mechanical watch it pit and strange as it sounds it will stop working after about a month.
the comment on the titanium maybe the only way out, you could ask the customer to where a small sample of it to test this out if they are willing ?

I have had two pendant's that skin acidity attacked. one I was able to you gold clad for the backing the other I used a watch crystal, both worked well. Fred

I have plenty of 304. Happy to send you some. 13ga will be an issue but 12ga or 14ga I can do.

304 and 316 stainless steel are very common on www.taobao.com, where you can find any gauge and the sellers can pre-cut the shape for you

Good choice, just make sure you get one of the "CP" (chemically pure) grades.

And a little more than you need, so's you have a piece to practice on if you have never cut it before.

All metals cut a wee bit differently...
