Great work Shawn! really like the scroll design and progress shots.... is the square piece with the cut out in the first set of photos a template for pressing out your inlay?

the forming die is used to form the buckle itself and another lighter gauge buckle blank that I cut the scroll pattern from.
that way the overlay has the same shape and fits the buckle without whipping it with a hammer.:rolleyes:
fits like a glove!

My Silver for the Fusion Silver Show
The buckles are sterling silver....they have a good bit of weight to them...something that you can feel the value of.
JACQUALIN KEY WATERS did a great job on the headstall...I am happy to be able to show her work along side of mine.
