Except for three silver inlays, all the parts are inlayed. In the next 20 hours or so on this project I'll try to work my way through some carving then hope to finally break out the gravers. I'll be back with a photo or two when I can...Dan

Thanks everyone for your kind words. I've done a replica or two but often times the work I enjoy most, like this can make a black powder "purist" cringe a little? For this pice I'm just going with what looks good to my eye. No real plan here, just sketch and carve in the blank areas...
