Gotta say I like it so far!!! Cool hummingbird. When You are done with it can you show the back of it? I've never seen how they are affixed the saddle. Multiple nails around the edge or fixture on back?

it is held in place with nails.
your drawing/design ideas are always a joy to see. as a newbie, did you learn on your own, or did you take some formal art training? either way, your work is always right on the money ! one thing your designs always seem to include-- a bit of background. i'm not a fan of filling every square mm of space.
