Just got my new narrow bevel pre shaped 120 graver in the mail. I also have the easy graver sharpening fixture. My question is how do I know the proper angle to place the graver in the QC holder so it will be right when I put it in the easy sharpener.

Eyeball it.
Place it on the stone to see that it matches the bevel ,while making fine adjustments until you are dead on.
RECORD THE SETTING for each facet in a notebook.
