Friend of mine turned a piece of brass for me for a handle for my new vise wrench. Of course I had to doodle on that shiny brass. The rosette is pretty much stolen from a photo of a bowie knife pommel that Sam did years ago. Kind of fun to cut, but I learned that size does matter. It just doesn't look as good at that size (the brass is 2 1/2" across) as Sam's smaller version. Well that and the fact that I cut this one.

Thanks for the likes and the comments guys. I'd been wanting a reason to try one of Sam's rosettes. Fun to cut, but lots of shading. Yes Chujybear, it has a hole in the other side for a hex wrench, I just haven't put it in yet because I've still gotta shade the heads of those scrolls and I've been trying to come up with something I like other than my usual.

Thanks again
Todd
