Two things. My opinions.

Kinda "stretched" in the base/beginning - and what's that lil' scroll doing down there?

Then the center leaf coming off the top going to the right - shoots off in too straight a line. Loses the curves...


Where're your sketches Carlos? You got the books and videos "a LONG time ago". (relatively - in the way that you said you relate to time)

Must be a coupla hundred of Shawns' on here over the years?

I see the leaves your are talking about brian.
i agree that they should be trimmed up a bit with the weed wacker.
The large scroll also has flat spot that needs some work.

I like it. That straighter part is sort of abstract. I think a lot of traditional stuff is too boring. At times braking the rules a little makes it better imho. Daring to be different is good.
