These are really nice pencils.

I don't what it is about nice pencils that I like.

The eraser is adjustable and replaceable.

Blackwing 602 pencils have a long history of being one of the best.

While the sharpener at the bottom of the page is fairly basic it does sharpen the pencil in two stages, one to expose the lead, the other to take it to a fine point.

And it's portable.

I use them for drawing once in awhile. They are very high quality pencils and the erasers are quite nice.

I like these the best good for watercolor, charcoal, or good drawing paper. last long don't leave anything.
Staedtler eraser. oh yeah, inexpensive too.

Amazon sells them. At $23 a box I don't find them inexpensive, but they are very high quality. Maybe there's a cheaper source.
