1/16th tool steel with a 4/0 blade requires 10.5 degrees, with a 3/0 blade 11.5 degrees, with a 2/0 blade 12 degrees, with a 1/0 blade 13.5 degrees.
The above comes directly from my workshop notes. And just like graver sharpening, these are middle of the road. Personal preferences will vary with experience.
